Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your login credentials and personal data wherever legally permitted.
Irreversible Action
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted wherever legally permitted. You may lose access to your registrations and tickets. Certain financial or audit records may need to be retained where legally required. This action cannot be undone.
What Will Be Erased
- Your Supabase authentication record, email, and password hash.
- Your display name, phone number, and avatar in your profile.
- Staff roles, permissions, and device push notification tokens.
- Personal identifiers attached to event registrations.
- Active ticket QR codes (cancelled and invalidated for venue entry).
What Must Be Retained
- Financial & Tax Records: Razorpay payment identifiers, transaction amounts, and statutory invoices retained for auditing under Indian tax regulations.
- Anonymized Logs: Disassociated transaction IDs necessary to prevent chargeback fraud and balance the event accounting ledger.
Account Deletion Action
Identity verification is strictly required before the server will execute deletion.
