1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, or accessing The North Axis platform via our website or Android mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Role & Event Organizers
The North Axis operates as a digital technology platform connecting event participants, parents, and youth with competitions, workshops, showcases, and cultural activities.
- Independent Organizers: Events listed on the platform are organized, conducted, and managed by independent event organizers, institutions, or community associations ("Event Organizers").
- Organizer Responsibility: Event Organizers are solely responsible for venue safety, adherence to published schedules, event supervision, prize distribution, and quality of instruction or performance.
- Parent/Guardian Supervision: For events involving minors (under 18 years), parents or legal guardians must complete registration, review suitability, and provide necessary consent.
3. Tickets, QR Code Check-In & Entry
Confirmed registrations generate a cryptographically signed digital ticket containing a secure QR code:
- Single Admission: Each ticket grants admission strictly for the named registrant and the designated event session.
- Venue Verification: Tickets are scanned at the venue entrance using authorized North Axis check-in scanners. Once successfully scanned, the ticket status updates to checked-in and cannot be reused.
- Non-Transferability & Anti-Scalping: Digital tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, counterfeited, or shared across multiple parties. Tampered or duplicated QR codes will be rejected at the venue.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Organizer-Specific Policy Principle:
Refunds and cancellations depend upon the relevant Event Organizer's published policy for the specific event, subject to applicable law and the event's cancellation or rescheduling terms. The North Axis does not impose a blanket non-refundable rule, nor do we promise automatic refunds where an organizer's policy stipulates otherwise.

5. User Conduct and Account Security
Users agree not to:
- Provide fraudulent contact details or register using another person's identity without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass seat capacities, payment mechanisms, or ticket verification algorithms.
- Engage in abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior at physical event venues.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or scrape data from the North Axis website or mobile application.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, The North Axis provides its software platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations by third-party organizers, venue conditions, personal injury at venues, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
